Disciplinary and Grievance Procedures
All employers are required to implement and follow minimum procedures when taking disciplinary action or handling employee grievances.
We can provide you with advice for updating your current disciplinary and grievance procedures, or alternatively, we can provide you with new procedures that comply with both the minimum legal requirements and the ACAS code of practice.
We believe that these procedures should act as a step-by-step guide to the managers using them, as well as providing the necessary information to employees. Our procedures are designed to give support to managers when necessary, without the need for the manager to undertake extensive training or memorise the procedures in advance.
