Student Visa
The UK is one of the leading centres for education provision in the world and we have considerable experience of dealing with applications for students.
The main issues are that you must be able to show you have been accepted on a course of study at:
- a publicly funded institution of further or higher education (for example, a university)
- a private education institution
- an independent fee paying school
To follow:- a recognised full-time degree course
- a course run during the week involving at least 15 hours organised daytime study per week
- a full-time course of study at an independent fee paying school
If you have an intention in studying in the UK but have not been accepted for a course of study, it is possible to apply for a visa as a prospective student. This visa will be frequently be for no more than six months and can be varied in country to full student visa once the relevant conditions have been met.
