If a particular knock-back is found to be unjustifiable once we have had an opportunity to look at all the papers involved, then we are blessed with the longstanding association we have had across the years with the country's leading experts in such matters. These barristers will frequently be instructed to represent our clients in the High Court in Judicial Review proceedings.
It is always, however, a decision that is not taken lightly at Atkins Law and we measure the amount of time that it would take to bring those proceedings in a High Court against the other options that can be available at the time. We are able to advise our clients of those options so that they can make an informed decision about any proposed course of action.
We do not hurtle headlong into Judicial Review proceedings where our client's progress is actually damaged by that rather than assisted.Our aim, as is our clients, is release on life licence.
