Systems Support. Who are we?

The Systems Support team are an enthusiastic efficient group of experts in their own right, and it is the role of the team to help ensure that our clients are given the best possible care and attention at all times.

For applications of any kind to have every chance of success they must be documented and presented in a full and highly professional fashion.

Our work involves close liason and support for all of the firms departments. We assist our lawyers to provide a high quality specialist service to our clients. The vast range of responsibilities for the team also includes working with all the external organisations that the world of business dictates.
The team will often be your first point of contact with the firm and as such we welcome you, and look forward to working with you.

David Long - Systems Manager

David is the firm’s Systems Manager. We recognize as a firm that the technology available to law practices should be taken full advantage of. David designs, purchases and develops the ITC systems. He ensures that our high spec equipment is maintained and kept fully up to date with developments. David works throughout the team training and advising all departments to ensure that the firm’s operation is efficient and secure.

Fiona Baxter - Personal Assistant to John Atkins

Fiona's primary role is to provide support and assistance to John Atkins. Fiona is also responsible for marketing and critical administration duties along with other key functions within the practice.

Mandy Stroud - Legal Secretary & Receptionist

Mandy is a full time member of the secretarial and reception team. Her key roll is to type and format documents for both our clients and the firm. She also acts as the firms' receptionist and  holds additional responsibilities elsewhere within the firm.

Michelle Wyman - Systems Administrator

Michelle is a key member of the Systems Team and carries out critical administration functions as well as giving support to the firms lawyers and legal assistants.

Amy Matthews & Naomi Ireson - Legal Assistants

Naomi Ireson - Legal Assistant Amy Matthews - Legal Assistant Naomi and Amy are legal assistants with the firm and fulfil the crucial role of supporting the firm's teams of professional lawyers. You will often speak to them when your lawyer is, for example, away from the office or interviewing clients.

As they work very closely with your lawyer, they are well placed to assist you by taking and passing on your queries.

Within their support role as paralegals, they have the responsibility for organisation and data entry, allowing full legal work to be conducted by your lawyer. They also assist our professional teams by conducting attendances with our clients where required.

Jess Westlake - Systems Assistant

Jess Westlake - Support Assistant Jess has recently joined the Practice and fulfil's the crucial role of providing general assistance and support to the Practice ensuring the smooth running of the systems as well as backup support to the legal assistants and secretarial staff.



Tessa

woof, woof, woof Tessa is the firm’s chocolate Labrador. She has been with us from puppy stage and is loved by all.

Long standing clients look for her on arrival and she remembers everyone. You are most likely to get a lick in welcome when you visit the firm
